This school is looking for someone who can arrive quickly
on an L visa (tourist visa) and then change it to a Z visa.

Following is information provided by the school

Foreign Teachers’ Position

Contract Period

1. Normally the contract will run for one year

2. If the contract runs less than a year, six to ten months, the teacher can receive no airfare allowance, and no single apartment

3. If less than six months, no airfare allowance and no single apartment.

Employment and Aptitude Demand

1. Native English speakers from England, America, Canada or New Zealand.

2. Or foreigners from other countries with equivalent or higher certificates at the English language.

3. Regardless of gender, the foreign teacher should have a Chinese name, under the age of 50.

4. Those who hold the TESOL/TEFL certificate, but with teaching experience less than two years, can transact the working visa after coming to China.

5. If the teacher has got teaching experiences in China, he should have recommendations from last position (be careful of those without it), and at least six weeks before the visa’s deadline.

6. Those who can teach the adults (18 year-old above) and little children (from 2 to 16 year-old) come first; we can arrange classes half to half for them.

7. Under the same background, education or English majors have the priority;

8. Under the same background, those with rich working or business experience first.

Working Time

1. Class time is 5 hours every day (Not the working time, not including preparation time). Working time is 8 hours, with 5 hours for classes and the other 3 hours arranged by the teacher him/herself.

2. The foreign teacher should have the ability to prepare materials for classes and hand in as required. 

3. Work five days every week. The overtime work will be paid on the basis of 60-80 RMB/hour according to the salary.

4. The off days are arranged according to students’ class schedule. It maybe not on the weekends, but two days off is guaranteed every week.

Basic Welfare

1. The probationary period is one month at the salary of 5000 RMB.

2. From the second month, the salary is 6000-8000 RMB according to teachers’ capability and popularity among students.

3. Enjoy the airfare allowance and social insurance including accident, medicine, etc. At the fulfillment of the contract (airfare allowance is 5000 RMB). Premise for getting allowance is that the contract runs one year.

4. Enjoy the public festivals in China, one-week paid holiday every year after the first year.

5. Provide free Chinese courses according to Teachers’ schedule and Chinese level.

6. Offer an apartment free. (If the contract runs half a year, the teacher should share the apartment with another one)
